Delhivery is hiring HR Associates and HR Executives for its warehouse and logistics operations across Chennai. The selected candidates will be responsible for HRBP activities, workforce management, field recruitment, employee engagement, and manpower planning to support smooth warehouse operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle field recruitment and manpower hiring requirements.
- Support HRBP initiatives for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage migrant workforce and labour-related HR activities.
- Arrange ad-hoc manpower as per operational requirements.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships for unskilled labour sourcing.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure workforce availability.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate candidates are preferred.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain HR operations preferred.
- Knowledge of HRBP and workforce management practices.
- Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring activities.
- Ability to manage migrant workforce and labour operations.
- Experience in manpower vendor management is desirable.
- Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
