Flipkart is hiring Senior Executives – Hub Operations for its Yavatmal and Amravati locations. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing daily hub operations, coordinating logistics activities, ensuring smooth shipment movement, and leading operational teams to achieve productivity and service excellence. Immediate joiners are preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hub and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Ensure timely inbound, outbound, and shipment processing.
- Lead and coordinate operational teams to achieve productivity targets.
- Monitor dispatch activities and ensure SLA compliance.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Handle manpower planning, attendance, and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Resolve operational issues and drive continuous process improvements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or hub operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
