Delhivery is hiring Team Leads for its Kalamassery Hub in Cochin. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or e-commerce operations who are ready to take ownership of daily operational activities, lead teams, and ensure efficient execution of logistics processes. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hub and logistics operations efficiently.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve targets.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, and shipment processing activities.
- Ensure operational KPIs, productivity, and service levels are achieved.
- Handle workforce planning, attendance, and shift coordination.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or operations.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Ability to handle operational activities and team coordination effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes will be an advantage.
