- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities
- Support onboarding and documentation activities for new hires
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and recruitment information
- Support additional HR and talent acquisition initiatives as required
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
