π Eligibility Criteria
- Lead – HR: 12–22 years of experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, or Hospital/Healthcare industry.
- Lead – Talent Acquisition: 8–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience exclusively in the Healthcare/Hospital industry.
- Associate – HR (Nursing): B.Sc. Nursing with MBA in Healthcare and 2–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and healthcare HR practices.
