EY India is hiring Support Analysts with hands-on experience in Zycus procurement solutions. The selected candidate will provide application support, troubleshoot issues, engage with customers, and support Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes while working with one of the world's leading consulting organizations.

- Provide functional and application support for Zycus procurement solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes across procurement modules.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, and technical teams.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain support documentation and service reports.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of experience in Application Support, Consulting, or Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience with Zycus procurement solutions is mandatory.
- Experience working with SaaS procurement platforms.
- Good understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement modules.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
