π Job Description
Delhivery is hiring HR Interns for its Non-Tech Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon. This 4-month internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, interview coordination, candidate management, and hiring processes. It is an excellent opportunity for graduates and MBA (HR) students who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition.
π Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Handle 60–80 calls per day for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain interview calendars and recruitment trackers
- Update and manage candidate databases accurately
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for interview alignment
- Track interview status and maintain recruitment documentation
- Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Assist in achieving hiring timelines and recruitment targets
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate candidates or MBA (HR) students can apply
- NOC is mandatory for candidates currently pursuing their studies
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Comfortable handling high-volume calling activities
- Good coordination and organizational skills
