Jio is hiring a Lead NOC Operations Support professional for its Engineering & Technology division in Mumbai. The role is responsible for leading Network Operations Center (NOC) readiness, governance, telecom deployment support, infrastructure projects, change management, vendor governance, audit compliance, and large-scale network operations continuity across the organization. 0
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead network operations readiness and governance initiatives
- Drive change management and planned event lifecycle management
- Oversee HOTO (Handing Over-Taking Over) for eNB, gNB, and network elements
- Ensure timely NOC takeover of deployed network nodes
- Manage Opex, Capex, AMC, and budget approval processes
- Govern PR/PO, service entry, and SAP-related operational processes
- Lead vendor onboarding and access governance programs
- Ensure availability of NOC tools, systems, and infrastructure
- Drive ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audit compliance
- Deliver SLA-based reporting, RCA, and operational reviews
- Lead NOC setup projects and infrastructure expansion initiatives
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT, and Circle teams for seamless operations
- Support telecom rollouts, CAB forums, and network expansion programs
- Drive operational resiliency through planned event management
π Eligibility Criteria
- BE in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 15–20 years of experience in telecom operations and network management
- Strong expertise in NOC operations and telecom deployment
- Experience managing large-scale telecom projects
- Strong knowledge of change management and HOTO processes
- Experience in budgeting, Opex, and Capex governance
- Expertise in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and network technologies
