📄 Job Description
Flipkart Minutes is hiring Store Managers for multiple locations across Bihar (excluding Patna). This role is responsible for managing daily store and warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, manpower planning, operational efficiency, and customer service. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately and have prior experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily store and warehouse operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability at all times
- Supervise warehouse associates and store staff effectively
- Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and service quality
- Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules efficiently
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for smooth replenishment
- Handle operational escalations and customer-related issues
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance MIS
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and operational excellence
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification is mandatory
- 3–4 years of experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, or Store Operations
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing warehouse or dark store operations preferred
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
