📄 Job Description
Foxtale is hiring an Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Process Excellence for its Andheri East, Mumbai location. The selected candidate will drive end-to-end Supply Chain Process Excellence across B2B, B2C, Warehousing, and Logistics by leading technology enhancements, automation, cost optimization, process transformation, strategic projects, and network expansion. The role will act as a key interface between Operations, Technology, Planning, Finance, and Business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven operational improvements.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology enhancement projects across B2B, B2C, Warehousing, OMS, WMS, ERP, and Logistics platforms.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive warehouse automation, workflow digitization, and dashboard development to eliminate manual effort and improve productivity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Execute cost optimization initiatives across warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment operations.
- Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and ROI tracking to improve cost and operational performance.
- Track cost-saving initiatives through defined KPIs and governance mechanisms.
- Design and standardize supply chain processes using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methodologies.
- Establish governance frameworks, process compliance mechanisms, and operational audit processes.
- Lead improvement projects focused on OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Order-to-Dispatch, Order-to-Delivery, SLA adherence, and customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional strategic and ad-hoc projects involving Operations, Technology, Planning, Finance, and Business teams.
- Support new business initiatives through pilot programs and operational readiness planning.
- Support warehouse and network expansion, capacity planning, operational readiness, and new site launches.
- Drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring, data analytics, RCA/CAPA, and structured governance frameworks.
- Improve productivity, cost efficiency, service levels, inventory accuracy, and overall process compliance.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Process Transformation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
- Experience working with OMS, WMS, ERP, or other supply chain technology platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, UAT documentation, and SOPs is preferred.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Business Process Re-engineering.
- Experience in automation, workflow digitization, dashboards, or technology enhancement projects will be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, KPI monitoring, cost optimization, and governance mechanisms.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with Operations, Technology, Planning, Finance, and Business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
