Publicis Groupe is expanding its team and hiring for two strategic roles in Mumbai: AVP – Brand Management and Brand Partner. These roles are ideal for experienced advertising agency professionals with strong exposure to brand strategy, client servicing, integrated marketing, and premium consumer categories such as Luxury, FMCG, Beauty, and Personal Care.

π Role Details
1) AVP – Brand Management
- Lead strategic brand management initiatives across mainline and digital channels.
- Manage Luxury and FMCG brand portfolios with a strong focus on integrated campaigns.
- Drive client relationships, brand strategy, campaign planning, and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to deliver impactful brand solutions.
2) Brand Partner
- Manage client servicing and brand relationships for Beauty and Personal Care brands.
- Deliver integrated marketing solutions aligned with brand and business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional agency teams to ensure campaign excellence and client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, balancing strategic thinking with flawless execution.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Prior advertising agency experience is mandatory for both roles.
- For AVP – Brand Management: 9–10 years of experience in brand management and client leadership.
- For Brand Partner: 7–8 years of client servicing / brand management experience.
- Strong exposure to Luxury and FMCG brands for AVP role.
- Strong background in Beauty and Personal Care brands for Brand Partner role.
- Experience in integrated marketing, digital campaigns, and mainline brand communication is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and strategic communication skills.
