π Job Description
Unibic Foods is hiring an experienced NKAM / KAM – Marketplace & E-commerce to drive brand growth across major online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other marketplaces. This role is ideal for professionals with strong FMCG e-commerce experience, marketplace account management expertise, and a proven track record in P&L ownership, assortment planning, promotions, and growth strategy.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other online marketplaces.
- Manage key marketplace accounts and strengthen brand presence across e-commerce channels.
- Own marketplace P&L, sales planning, and revenue growth targets.
- Lead pricing strategy, assortment planning, promotions, and online brand visibility initiatives.
- Analyze category performance, customer trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and stakeholders.
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and profitability to drive data-backed decisions.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in Marketplace / E-commerce account management.
- FMCG industry experience is preferred.
- Strong P&L ownership and brand management experience.
- Hands-on expertise in pricing, assortment planning, promotions, and growth strategy.
- Experience managing key accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketplace sales, online merchandising, and digital growth levers.
