π Job Description
BigBasket is hiring B2B Telecallers / Customer Service Executives for its Nalmuri (Ghatakpukur) location. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling outbound customer calls, supporting B2B clients, resolving service-related queries, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
π Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective B2B customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related requests.
- Generate business leads and support customer onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily calling and productivity targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service.
- Experience in B2B Sales or Customer Support will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
