📄 Job Description
BigBasket is hiring experienced Store In-Charge / Store Managers for its Ahmedabad and Surat locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, inventory, team performance, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced Quick Commerce environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and overall store performance.
- Drive key operational KPIs including OTD, write-offs, customer satisfaction, and attrition.
- Execute GRN, PRN, cycle counts, FEFO, and inventory management processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and monitor operational dashboards.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop store associates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support cost optimization and assist in basic store P&L management.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in Retail, Grocery, or Quick Commerce operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end store operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, GRN, PRN, FEFO, and cycle count processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate to 15-day joiners will be preferred.
