π Job Description
Barbeque Nation is hiring an experienced Restaurant Service Manager for its Hyderabad outlet. The selected candidate will lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise the service team, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, food safety, and operational excellence.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant service operations efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional guest experience and maintain service quality standards.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the restaurant service team.
- Drive sales through upselling and operational excellence.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor team performance and service productivity.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth restaurant functioning.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 4–8 years of experience in Restaurant or Food & Beverage Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or Managerial role.
- Experience in Casual Dining, Fine Dining, Hotels, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
