Fino Payments Bank Ltd, a Great Place to Work® Certified organization, is hiring experienced Cluster Heads (CH) for multiple locations across Odisha. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving CASA acquisition, leading sales teams, merchant onboarding, cross-selling banking products, and achieving business targets within the assigned cluster.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Drive CASA acquisition targets across the assigned cluster.
- Lead and manage Sales Officers and Field Executives.
- Ensure merchant onboarding as per business targets.
- Cross-sell insurance and other banking products.
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide operational support.
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members to improve productivity.
- Build strong relationships with merchants and customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payments Banking.
- Experience in CASA acquisition and banking sales is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team handling experience.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
- Local candidates from the respective locations will be preferred.
