Star Bazaar is hiring experienced retail professionals for the position of Cash Officer / Department Manager across multiple locations in Nashik. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing cash counter operations, daily cash reconciliation, banking transactions, accounting entries, petty cash, team supervision, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with company SOPs.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash counter planning and day-to-day cash operations.
- Handle daily cash collection, reconciliation, and handover processes.
- Oversee banking transactions and cash deposit management.
- Perform voucher posting and accounting entries accurately.
- Monitor and manage petty cash activities and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of cash and accounts records.
- Supervise cash counter staff and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Candidate should be below 30 years of age.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in a Supervisor or Manager-level role is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in cash handling and accounts management.
- Background in Retail, E-Commerce, or QSR industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
