CityMall is hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for its People team in Gurugram. The role is ideal for HR professionals with 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations and/or HR Business Partnering who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The selected candidate will manage key employee lifecycle processes, support HR operations and compliance, drive employee engagement, coordinate payroll and performance processes, and partner closely with employees and business leaders.

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, employee data management, and exit processes
  • Drive day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely execution of people processes
  • Support implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive employee experience
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support resolution of payroll-related employee queries
