PSIPL is hiring an experienced Security Manager to lead end-to-end security operations for a luxury residential property in Gurugram. The role requires strong experience in premium residential societies, RWA coordination, resident management, security technology, manpower supervision, incident management, and emergency response.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end security operations for a premium residential society.
- Lead and supervise security manpower across all shifts.
- Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV surveillance and monitoring systems.
- Manage access control, visitor management, and gate security operations.
- Coordinate closely with RWA members, residents, and external agencies.
- Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure adherence to security SOPs, statutory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Handle emergency situations, investigations, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in security operations.
- Experience in Luxury Residential Societies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of RWA coordination and resident management.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Visitor Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of incident management and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent leadership, team handling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large security teams across multiple shifts.
- Knowledge of security audits, SOPs, and statutory compliance is essential.
