Partnr is expanding its Category team and is looking for talented Category Managers to join its Gurgaon office. π Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned product or business categories.
- Drive category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and business performance.

- Build relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Track category KPIs including sales, margins, growth, and availability.

- Relevant experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Business, or E-commerce roles preferred.

- Good understanding of market trends, category growth, and customer behavior.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Graduate qualification required; MBA preferred.
