Flipkart is hiring experienced HR Business Partners (HRBP) for its warehouse and fulfilment center operations across Medchal, Gannavaram, and Yellamanchili. This role is ideal for HR professionals with deep expertise in blue-collar workforce management, high-volume hiring, labour management, industrial relations, and stakeholder engagement within large-scale FC, warehouse, or logistics environments.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with warehouse and fulfilment center leadership to drive end-to-end HR operations.
- Manage blue-collar hiring and high-volume recruitment for FC and warehouse operations.
- Handle labour management, industrial relations, and workforce discipline across operations.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, attrition control, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support manpower planning, onboarding, attendance, and workforce productivity initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR support for operations.
- Maintain HR reporting, workforce analytics, and escalation management for operational sites.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 6–10 years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong experience in blue-collar hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Hands-on HR experience in Fulfilment Center (FC), warehouse, logistics, or large operational setups.
- Good exposure to Labour Management (L&M) and industrial relations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience handling large-scale blue-collar workforce operations is mandatory.
- Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Vijayawada, or Visakhapatnam region.
