Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is hiring an experienced Cluster HR Business Partner (Cluster HRBP) for Bangalore. The selected candidate will work closely with cluster and restaurant operations teams to drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and overall HR operations across multiple restaurant locations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Cluster and Restaurant Operations teams on all HR-related matters.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning across assigned restaurants.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, documentation, and HR reports.
- Ensure smooth HR operations while supporting multiple restaurant locations within the cluster.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Cluster HRBP.
- Experience in Hospitality, Retail, QSR, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- MBA in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant HR experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMIS, MS Excel, and HR documentation.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned cluster.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
