Bengal Beverages Pvt. Ltd., the Coca-Cola Beverages Manufacturing Plant located in Paraj, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, is hiring a Factory Hygienist. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining world-class hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the manufacturing facility while ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Cleaning-Out-of-Place (COP) sanitation programs.
- Ensure personnel hygiene and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform environmental hygiene monitoring across the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct hygiene audits, inspections, and sanitation assessments.
- Coordinate pest control activities and ensure preventive measures are maintained.
- Maintain sanitation documentation, cleaning records, and compliance reports.
- Investigate hygiene deviations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Promote food safety culture and continuous hygiene improvement initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology or Food Technology.
- B.Tech in Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, or Food Technology.
- Relevant experience in food, beverage, dairy, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and production environment.
