INAMO is hiring an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple dark stores across Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Quick Commerce or Dark Store operations who can drive operational excellence, improve productivity, lead high-performing teams, and achieve business growth targets across multiple locations.

- Manage end-to-end operations across multiple dark stores within the assigned cluster.
- Drive packer productivity and ensure operational excellence across all locations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers to improve overall store performance.
- Monitor and improve key business growth metrics and operational KPIs.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety standards.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer fulfillment.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Operations.
- Experience in Quick Commerce or Dark Store operations is preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple stores or operational clusters.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
