The selected candidate will supervise daily hub operations, manage delivery manpower, monitor SLA performance, and ensure smooth last-mile logistics execution. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hub and last-mile logistics operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise delivery executives and hub staff.
- Monitor daily dispatch, delivery performance, and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate manpower planning and shift allocation.
- Ensure smooth package processing, loading, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support customer service by resolving delivery-related escalations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Last-Mile Operations.
- Good understanding of hub operations and delivery management.
- Experience in manpower planning and team supervision.
- Knowledge of SLA monitoring and operational performance metrics.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Local candidates from Muzaffarpur or nearby locations will be preferred.
