🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the assigned apparel department within the store.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Drive departmental sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, seasonal displays, and product launches.
- Track department KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and shrinkage.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, buying, and support teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Previous experience in Apparel Retail is mandatory.
- Experience in handling retail teams and store operations.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
