DS Group is hiring an Officer / Senior Officer – HR & Admin for its Guwahati location. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, contract labor management, employee engagement initiatives, training & development programs, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for HR professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience who are passionate about building a productive workplace and ensuring smooth HR and administrative processes.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle contract labor management and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate induction programs for new employees and facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports accurately.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
