Zepto is hiring Deputy Delivery Hub Managers (DDHM) for its operations across Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Indore, and Bhopal. This opportunity is designed for professionals with hands-on experience in warehouse, dark store, or retail operations who can independently manage fast-paced delivery hub operations.
The selected candidates will oversee inventory management, store operations, shrinkage control, manpower planning, and operational performance while ensuring efficient order fulfillment and exceptional service levels.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery hub and dark store operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock health, and ageing management.
- Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Drive shrinkage control initiatives and improve operational processes.
- Track and improve KPIs including Fill Rate, Productivity, SLA adherence, and Stock Accuracy.
- Prepare manpower plans, shift rosters, and workforce allocation.
- Lead warehouse teams and monitor daily operational performance.
- Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure SOP compliance, workplace safety, and inventory discipline.
- Collaborate with regional operations teams to achieve business targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, or Warehouse Operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Hands-on experience managing operational KPIs and team performance.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in high-paced operational environments.
- Local candidates for Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Indore, and Bhopal will be preferred.
