Hamilton Housewares Pvt. Ltd. (Milton) is hiring an Engineer and a Fitter to join its Maintenance Team at the Guwahati Plant in Assam. The selected candidates will support plant maintenance activities and help ensure the smooth and reliable operation of machinery and equipment. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per operational requirements.
- Identify equipment issues and support timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Assist in maintaining the reliability and availability of plant machinery.
- Perform fitting, assembly, adjustment, and maintenance activities as required.
- Coordinate with production and other plant teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Follow maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment observations.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant engineering or technical qualification is preferred for the Engineer position.
- Relevant ITI, trade certification, or technical qualification is preferred for the Fitter position.
- Relevant experience in maintenance, manufacturing, plant operations, or fitting will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of plant machinery, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and plant environment.
