Keventers is hiring an experienced Store Manager for its Patna outlet. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Food & Beverage industry who can lead store operations, manage teams, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve business targets while maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve operational goals.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor daily sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock losses and wastage.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently followed.
- Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance, and manage shift schedules.
- Maintain accurate operational reports and daily MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with regional management for smooth business operations.
- Train and develop team members to improve performance.
- Drive store profitability through operational excellence.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate preferred.
- Relevant experience in QSR, Food & Beverage, or Restaurant Operations.
- Experience managing store operations and leading teams.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
