Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Gold Loan Relationship Officers for its expanding Gold Loan Business across Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting gold loan products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets while delivering excellent customer service.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Gold Loan products to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Sales, or Customer Relationship roles is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
