Delhivery is hiring energetic professionals to manage Fleet Operations across Chennai and Bangalore locations. With multiple openings at different levels, this is a great opportunity for freshers as well as candidates with up to 4–5 years of experience. The selected candidates will support day-to-day fleet coordination, operational planning, and transportation execution at Hoskote and Sriperumbudur locations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day fleet operations and transportation activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth vehicle movement.
- Monitor dispatches, vehicle utilization, and operational schedules.
- Track operational issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain records, reports, and fleet-related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and service standards.
- Assist in manpower, route, and fleet coordination activities.
- Work closely with operations teams to improve efficiency and execution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4–5 years of experience can apply.
- Logistics or fleet operations experience is not mandatory.
- Good coordination and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting ability will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work from Hoskote or Sriperumbudur locations.
