BigBasket is hiring experienced professionals in Ahmedabad for two exciting roles: HR Business Partner – Warehouse and Process Trainer. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong exposure to warehouse operations, blue-collar workforce management, training, and process excellence in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Manufacturing environments.
π§πΌ Role 1: HR Business Partner – Warehouse
Experience: 4–6 Years
Work Location: Moraiya (Ahmedabad–Rajkot Highway)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations for warehouse and blue-collar workforce.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with central and state labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Partner with warehouse leadership and stakeholders on people-related matters.
- Support onboarding, attendance, attrition management, and disciplinary processes.
- Travel regularly to operational locations as required.
π Role 2: Process Trainer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process training for store and warehouse teams.
- Travel across Ahmedabad and nearby areas for training delivery.
- Identify training needs and support process improvement initiatives.
- Deliver induction, refresher, and operational training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve compliance and process execution.
π Eligibility Criteria
For HR Business Partner – Warehouse
- 4–6 years of HR experience in Warehouse HR, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Manufacturing units.
- Strong experience managing blue-collar workforce.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable with regular travel.
- Local Ahmedabad candidates preferred.
For Process Trainer
- 2–4 years of experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce industry.
- Experience in process training, induction, or operational training preferred.
- Willingness to travel across stores and warehouses in Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
- Candidates from Ahmedabad/Gujarat preferred.
- Stable career history with average tenure of at least 2 years in previous organizations preferred.
