Svatantra Microfin Limited is hiring an HR Field Recruiter for the Kolkata region. The selected candidate will support field recruitment activities across the assigned region and will be required to travel extensively to meet hiring requirements. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Professionals from the microfinance industry who have worked as an ABM or above can also apply for this position. Candidates must be proficient in Bengali and comfortable working in a field-oriented recruitment role.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage field recruitment activities across the assigned Kolkata region.
- Source and identify suitable candidates for business and field-level requirements.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection, and joining processes.
- Travel extensively across the assigned region to support recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain local candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with business managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring-related records and reports.
- Support timely closure of open positions across the assigned region.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and update recruitment MIS using Microsoft Office tools.

- Graduation or higher qualification is required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in recruitment or field hiring will have an advantage.
- Professionals from the Microfinance Industry who have worked as an ABM or above can also apply.
