Magicpin is hiring an HR Recruiter for its Gurgaon office. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who are passionate about Talent Acquisition and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements
- Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple hiring channels
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
