This position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy across stores through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, shrinkage control, and regular on-ground operational audits. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory verification and cycle counts.
- Perform stock reconciliation and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support shrinkage control initiatives.
- Visit assigned stores regularly to ensure inventory compliance.
- Work closely with store teams to resolve stock-related issues.
- Maintain inventory records and operational documentation.
- Support physical inventory audits and stock investigations.
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to inventory management SOPs and operational standards.
- Contribute to improving stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce operations is preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to cycle counting and stock reconciliation is an advantage.
