Axon Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., the Official Licensee for Michelin Lifestyle Ltd., is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen its operations team in Noida. The role involves managing warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, vendor management, and dispatch planning while driving operational efficiency across the supply chain.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and replenishment planning.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely dispatch and deliveries.
- Plan and monitor warehouse storage, receiving, and dispatch operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement support.
- Drive inventory control initiatives and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Excel for inventory tracking and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Logistics Operations.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Chemical, Automotive, or Auto Ancillary industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Hands-on experience with vendor management and dispatch planning.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates based in Noida or Delhi will be preferred.
