Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is hiring experienced Business Managers (RGM Level) / Outlet Managers for its restaurants across Uttar Pradesh and Bhilai (Chhattisgarh). This leadership role is responsible for managing end-to-end restaurant operations, driving business profitability, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading high-performing teams while maintaining operational excellence.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end restaurant and outlet operations.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L), EBITDA, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Ensure effective food cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction.
- Lead manpower planning, team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain SOP compliance, hygiene standards, and audit readiness.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with support functions to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Achieve business targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 7–10 years of experience in Hospitality, Casual Dining, QSR, or Restaurant Operations.
- Currently working as Restaurant General Manager (RGM), Business Manager, Outlet Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials including P&L, EBITDA, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, coaching, manpower planning, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, SOP compliance, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business management skills.
