A leading manufacturing organization near Gwalior is seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) at the Senior Manager / Chief Manager level. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise security strategy, risk management, incident response, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end security operations to ensure the safety of people, assets, and business operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategy and governance.
- Lead industrial security operations across the manufacturing facility.
- Drive risk assessment, threat identification, and mitigation initiatives.
- Manage incident response, investigations, and crisis management activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee physical security, access control, CCTV surveillance, and asset protection systems.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and emergency response teams.
- Lead contract security agencies, deployment planning, and performance management.
- Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Prepare security MIS, risk reports, and executive presentations for leadership.
- Train employees and security teams on emergency preparedness and security awareness.
- Drive continuous improvement in enterprise security and business continuity planning.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 12–20 years of relevant security leadership experience.
- Ex-Army Officer (Major or above preferred).
- Qualification in Security Management is preferred.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in enterprise security, industrial security, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing large security teams and high-risk environments.
