🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate; MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Retail or QSR environment.
- Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and manpower planning.
