The selected candidate will support day-to-day operational activities, monitor operational performance, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, maintain MIS reports, identify operational exceptions, and help ensure smooth and timely execution of logistics operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day logistics and operational activities from the control tower.
- Coordinate with operations teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Track operational performance and identify delays, exceptions, and process gaps.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor operational KPIs and highlight deviations to relevant teams.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support escalation management for critical operational exceptions.
- Maintain accurate operational data and ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify recurring operational issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely communication of operational updates and escalations.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Control Tower, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related functions.
