Delhivery Limited is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter – FOS for its delivery operations in Silchar, Assam.
The selected candidate will be responsible for hiring delivery boys / Field Operations Staff (FOS) across the entire Silchar AOR and supporting manpower requirements for delivery operations.
This is an off-role opportunity and is specifically intended for candidates with prior experience in delivery executive / delivery boy hiring.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of delivery boys / FOS for Delhivery operations.
- Hire delivery executives across the entire Silchar AOR.
- Source suitable candidates through local recruitment channels and networks.
- Screen candidates based on delivery operations requirements.
- Coordinate candidate communication, interview and joining processes.
- Maintain an active pipeline of delivery candidates.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of delivery manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower gaps.
- Track recruitment performance and joining status.
- Support onboarding and documentation of selected delivery candidates.
- Follow up with candidates to improve joining and retention rates.
- Use local market knowledge and recruitment networks to achieve hiring targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in delivery boy / delivery executive hiring.
- Previous experience recruiting FOS, delivery executives, riders or similar field workforce is required.
- Strong knowledge of local recruitment and sourcing channels.
- Experience managing high-volume or field workforce recruitment will be preferred.
- Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage hiring requirements across Silchar AOR.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates without similar delivery hiring experience should not apply.
