A hiring opportunity is available for the position of Executive – Line Haul (FTC) across Asansol, Jorhat, and Bhagalpur. This role is suitable for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in Logistics / Line Haul operations.
The selected candidate will support day-to-day Line Haul operations, transportation coordination, shipment movement, vehicle tracking, and operational execution to ensure smooth movement across the logistics network.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + ESI & PF.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Line Haul and logistics operations.
- Coordinate movement of shipments across assigned routes and logistics nodes.
- Coordinate with transportation and fleet partners for operational requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and identify delays or operational exceptions.
- Support timely vehicle placement and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment movement.
- Track operational activities and maintain required records and reports.
- Support resolution of vehicle, route, and transportation-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to defined Line Haul and logistics SOPs.
- Escalate operational issues to the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Line Haul operations.
- Understanding of transportation and Line Haul processes.
- Experience in logistics coordination or fleet operations is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple operational activities.
- Ability to handle operational issues and exceptions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Willingness to work from the assigned location.
