Flipkart is hiring enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns for its teams in Sonipat and Panipat, Haryana. This is a three-month internship opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical exposure to Human Resources, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
The internship provides an opportunity to work in a large-scale e-commerce organization and gain hands-on understanding of HR processes, employee coordination, recruitment activities, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
Stipend: Up to ₹25,000
Internship Tenure: 3 Months

- Support day-to-day HR Operations activities.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
- Support candidate sourcing and initial recruitment coordination.
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication.

- Maintain HR records and recruitment-related information accurately.
