Flipkart Minutes is expanding its last-mile delivery operations across the Tricity region and is hiring Fleet Coaches to manage and support on-ground delivery partner operations.
This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet operations, or delivery partner management. The selected candidate will support delivery partner onboarding, field training, operational execution, issue resolution, and partner retention.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support smooth day-to-day last-mile delivery operations.
- Onboard new delivery partners and complete required field-level processes.
- Conduct on-ground training and guide delivery partners on operational processes.
- Monitor delivery partner performance and identify operational gaps.
- Resolve on-ground delivery partner issues and operational challenges.
- Support initiatives to improve delivery partner engagement and reduce partner churn.
- Assist with delivery partner hiring and sourcing activities.
- Maintain regular communication with delivery partners and address operational concerns.
- Use Excel and Google Sheets to track operational data and delivery partner performance.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth last-mile execution.
- Spend significant time on the ground to monitor operations and support delivery partners.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Last-Mile Operations, or Fleet Operations is preferred.
- Prior experience hiring and managing delivery partners is an advantage.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working in field/on-ground operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
