Genpact is hiring experienced Human Resources Operations (HRO) professionals to join its Employee Life Cycle (ELC) team in Noida. This opportunity is suitable for HR professionals with hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
The selected candidate will work in an ANZ shift (early morning) and contribute to smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities and HR operational processes.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Employee Life Cycle (ELC) processes.
- Handle day-to-day Human Resources Operations activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions and HR processes.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder queries related to HR operations.
- Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain data accuracy and support HR reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant HR and business stakeholders for smooth process execution.
- Follow established HR policies, procedures, and process controls.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Life Cycle (ELC).
- Any Graduate.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee data management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in the ANZ early morning shift.
