Shyam Metalics is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Professional to join its Head Office at Taratala, Kolkata. The role will involve a combination of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and MIS activities.
This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who can manage recruitment requirements, support day-to-day HR operations, maintain accurate HR data, and prepare relevant MIS reports. Immediate joiners are preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities for assigned requirements.
- Source, screen, and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations activities and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, trackers, and management reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR-related data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related requirements.
- Support HR process improvements and other organizational initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Up to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations is preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong MS Excel and HR MIS/reporting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
