π Job Description
Genpact is hiring experienced professionals to join its Order to Cash (O2C) Collections team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
This opportunity is suitable for finance and accounting professionals with 3+ years of relevant experience in O2C Collections. Candidates with hands-on experience in collections and Order to Cash processes will be preferred.
The selected candidate will work in an ANZ early morning shift and support collections-related activities as part of the O2C process.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day O2C Collections activities for assigned accounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and overdue receivables.
- Perform collection activities in accordance with defined processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
- Investigate and follow up on disputes affecting outstanding payments.
- Support timely resolution of collection-related queries and discrepancies.
- Monitor collection performance against defined targets and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain relevant O2C and collections reports.
- Ensure adherence to established O2C processes, controls and quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved collection issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in O2C Collections.
- Experience in Collections / Order to Cash will be preferred.
- Any Graduate.
- Good understanding of accounts receivable and collections processes.
- Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Willingness to work in the ANZ early morning shift.
