Greentech Environ Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Executive for its Kolkata, West Bengal location.
The role is suitable for HR professionals with 3–4 years of relevant experience and an MBA in Human Resources. The selected candidate will manage a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation and statutory compliance.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Experience in the environmental or waste management industry will be relevant for this opportunity.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.
- Source, screen and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance records and support HR MIS preparation.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives and employee communication.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external agencies for compliance activities.
- Maintain HR reports, registers and compliance documentation.
- Support management with HR-related data, reports and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR processes and documentation.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance and HR MIS.
- Experience handling employee engagement and grievances.
- Knowledge of HR policy implementation.
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance including PF, ESI and PT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
