Hindustan Foods Limited is hiring an experienced HR Executive for its manufacturing operations in Sandila, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh.
The role is suitable for HR professionals with relevant experience in manufacturing HR, employee relations, HR operations, compliance and workforce management. Candidates with prior experience in detergent, bar soap or home care products manufacturing will be preferred.
The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR activities at the manufacturing location and work closely with employees, workforce teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing facility.
- Support employee relations and address workforce-related concerns.
- Coordinate HR activities for employees and shop-floor workforce.
- Support workforce planning, manpower coordination and employee deployment.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Support HR compliance and ensure adherence to applicable policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement and workforce-related initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and support timely resolution of HR-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments and business stakeholders on HR matters.
- Support attendance, leave and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist with HR reporting, MIS and workforce-related data.
- Support smooth HR operations in a manufacturing and production environment.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in manufacturing HR is preferred.
- Experience in employee relations and workforce management.
- Hands-on understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and workplace policies.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment will be an advantage.
- Experience in detergent, bar soap or home care products manufacturing is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with shop-floor employees and business stakeholders.
